Call for Participants: Groundbreaking BPOC Mental Health Research in Scotland’s Creative Industries
Creative Balance – a research project by We Are Here Scotland – is launching Scotland’s first in-depth study into how BPOC-led creative spaces support wellbeing in the sector.
They’re calling on Black and Global Majority creatives & cultural professionals (18+) working in Scotland’s creative industries to take part in creative group interviews this September–October.
Why It Matters
Traditional mental health support often misses the mark for racialised communities. Creative Balance will work to explore how culturally safe, BPOC-led spaces can better support mental health in Scotland’s creative scene.
