Online Workshop, Tue 24th March, 6-7.30pm, £FREE
We’ve launched a new event series – PITCH POT. Thanks to a generous grant from Glasgow City Council, and building on our successful SOUP microgranting events in 2025, we’re inviting up to eight of our members to pitch their creative projects at an event in May – with a chance to receive a share of the PITCH POT – expected value £1000 and £500 (depending on ticket sales).
This event series will support awareness raising, promotion, mentoring and signposting, and provide two pitches with microgrants to help realise their ambitions.
This special edition focuses on supporting Glasgow’s creative and cultural practitioners to meet the needs of the city’s growing visitor economy, including:
-
Tourism: Creating authentic cultural experiences for visitors to the city.
-
Promotion: Showcasing Glasgow as a vibrant cultural destination to new audiences and markets.
-
Community Wealth Building: Ensuring local creative practitioners and businesses based in the city profit directly from tourism spending.
Come along to this FREE online workshop to learn more about the event and develop your pitching skills.
